General terms and conditions pf the company QUICK MEALS s.r.o., IČO: 247 43 992 with registered office at in Dělnická 1150/55, Prague 7, 170 00, a company registered with the Municipal Court in Prague, section C, insert 197329 (further only “QUICK MEALS ").

1. QUICK MEALS operates and maintains the Website on internet address www.quickmeals.cz ( further just "QUICK MEALS website ").

Opening time and delivery orders
1. QUICK MEALS On-line orders are processed during our opening hours from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Online orders are accepted at any time on our website (exclusions are if, for some reason, the website is unavailable) and will be processed the next working day based on our opening hours.
2. QUICK MEALS reserves the right to establish a minimum amount order, which is 100 CZK.
3. QUICK MEALS is trying to deliver ordered products and goods in the shortest possible time. Delivery time is from 24 hours to 36 hours. Complaint

2. If the goods weren't complied with terms and conditions offered, or quality food is not as offered, we will offer an exchange for new good, or return money. The new order will be delivered as soon as possible.

1. By sending this application you give agreement to process Your personal data for internal needs of QUICK MEALS s.r.o
2. The protection of the personal data of the User, who is physical person, is ensured in accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll., concerning the protection personal data , valid wording .
3. User agrees to the processing of their own personal data: first name, last name, e- mail address, telephone number (below all together just as “ Personal data").
4. Personal data will be processed for a period of time indefinite .
5. The User confirms that the Personal Data provided is accurate and that he/she has been informed that the provision of Personal Data is voluntary. The user further declares that he has been informed that he can revoke his consent to the processing of Personal Data in relation to QUICK MEALS by written notification delivered to the email kontakt@quickmeals.cz.
6. In the event that the User believes that QUICK MEALS is processing his Personal Data in violation of the protection of the User's private and personal life or in violation of the law, he may ask QUICK MEALS for an explanation and demand that it remove the objectionable condition. In such a case, the user can also contact the Office for Personal Data Protection directly.
7. The User agrees to send information related to QUICK MEALS services to the User's electronic address specified in the order for goods and services via the QUICK MEALS website and further agrees to send QUICK MEALS business communications to this address. The User's consent to sending commercial messages is voluntary. The user is entitled to revoke this consent in writing at any time by email kontakt@quickmeals.cz.
Author's right
1. QUICK MEALS is the owner of the website www.quickmeals.cz .
2. The QUICK MEALS website is a copyrighted work within the meaning of Act No. 121/2000 Coll., Copyright Act, as amended. QUICK MEALS exercises all proprietary rights relating to the QUICK MEALS website.
3. The content of the QUICK MEALS website cannot be stored, modified, distributed, or to do other property rights unless QUICK MEALS grants such negotiations in advance consent.

The invalidity or ineffectiveness of any provision does not affect the validity and effectiveness of the other provisions.
